How I can Support You
Your story. Your strengths. Your journey.
Your strengths and dreams are not just acknowledged—they are the powerful foundation of your journey toward lasting change.
The path may be long, but the greatest reward is not reaching the end — it is who you become along the way.

We often start with a simple but revealing exercise. Download the handout to learn more — and come ready with five pennies.

Mental health conditions like bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety are real, complex, and treatable. You deserve care from someone who understands the full picture — not just the diagnosis.
-
Major changes — career shifts, loss, identity, becoming — deserve thoughtful support. Let us navigate them together.
-
Specialized support for adults living with ADHD — from understanding how your brain works to organization, focus, and emotional regulation. A diagnosis is not a prescription. It is a starting point.
-
Loss changes us. Trauma lives in the body and the mind long after the event has passed. Whether you are grieving a death, a relationship, or a version of yourself — you do not have to keep carrying it alone. This is a safe space to begin.

Your Questions, Answered
What can I expect from a first session?
The first session is about getting to know you. We will explore what brings you to therapy, identify your goals, and begin building the foundation for our work together. I will also gather some background history and answer any questions you have about the process.
What does a typical session look like?
Individual sessions are 53 minutes and are guided by your goals and what is most present for you that week. I may use a variety of evidence-based approaches depending on your needs — and sometimes life interrupts the plan, and that is perfectly okay too.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept multiple insurance plans. If your plan is not listed, please reach out and we will explore your options together. I am committed to making care as accessible as possible.
Can sessions be conducted remotely?
All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth, which means you can access quality care from the comfort of your own home or wherever you are. I am currently licensed in Alabama, Colorado, DC, Maine, and New Hampshire.
How long does therapy typically last?
The length of treatment varies by person and goal. Some clients find meaningful progress in a few months; others benefit from longer-term support. We will regularly revisit your goals together and adjust the plan as you grow.
What is your cancelation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Life happens — early communication is always appreciated and we will work it out together.
Starting therapy is one of the most courageous things you can do for yourself. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can make sure we are a good fit before we begin.
